Ciao amici! (Hello friends in Italian)

Tomorrow my mom and sister leave to head home to the states and I’m going to miss them so much! My time abroad is now halfway over and time really does fly when you are having fun… At times, it can be exhausting, but that is the price you pay when you try to see as much as possible in a limited period of time. It calls for early mornings and tight itineraries full of many sites and lots of walking. The next few weeks are going to get even busier with preparation for finals and weekend trips I have planned, but I will try my best to keep up with my blog.

My mom, sister, and I had an amazing time traveling and laughing throughout our adventures. I sure will miss their smiles and the sound of their laughs, but I will be home in two and a half months to enjoy them again!

The pictures above were taken on our day trip to the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii. We went to the village of Amalfi and Positano. We booked our tour through a travel company called Viator which I used last year for my trip to Italy. I will be sure to share more info about this on my travel blogs coming out soon. I highly recommend looking them up. The weather in Italy was quite warmer than in Belgium, so I was finally able to wear this dress I have had since Christmas. I love it so much and I wanted to share it with my readers. I purchased it from a website entitled “Monday Dress”. They have a great variety of trendy clothing and accessories for travel, weddings, birthdays, or fun events. This dress is very comfortable and was perfect for this 14 hour travel day we had on the coast of Italy. I paired it with Tory Burch sandals, which I linked the most recent style of them above. This was a great outfit to walk around the beach in and was comfortable to wear in the car. The sunglasses and jewelry blended nicely with the gold coins that outline the pattern at the top of the dress. I love this look and I am finally getting some sun! I look forward to the weather warming up in Belgium. Belgium is fantastic, but it’s hard to beat the charm of Italy and its warm climate!

Arrivederci!!

Scarlett
